Is this crack common for this type of error or is this just a little extra bonus?
The crack is on the inner core and runs towards the queens mouth.
It can also be seen on the reverse running through the leg of the polar bear.

The crack is an extra. The pressure from the presses caused it to crack since there was nothing to support the core. The outer ring gives the needed support and since there is a gap,no support. Pretty Nice find.

I think I haven't seen a twoonie with a space between core and ring where the core is not cracked? Nice coin.

Thanks Zonad.
I never really examined one before as this was the first one to fall in my lap.
