1985-D Quarter RPM? Help Please

I would like opinions on if the is a RPM. There seems to be a secondary vertical bar inside the primary mintmark. I am a Lincoln Cent guy and this reminds me of some 1985D RPM listings for the Lincoln Cent. What do you guys think?

It does look like one of the 1985 RPMs. But I don't have a listing for quarters to tell for sure if it is listed or not. Sorry. 1974 is the last year in an older publication I have. I would mark it and keep for now.
