1963 Franklin DDO

I didn't even know there was a Franklin double-die obverse. I risked a bid on ebay and came away with the prize. I can see why it's not very famous. The only doubling I can see is on the date and it's pretty minor. It looks like little more than Machine Doubling to me, but I guess ANACS should know. Probably the date digits on Franklins are too blunt to show double serifs.
Any comments?

There are 21 different DDOs and 13 different DDRs known for 1963 half dollars...and probably more out there to be discovered. Most of them are minor.
