Looks like Machine Doubling or Die Deterioration rather than double die.

Machine Doubling in my error learning eyes. Devices are reduced.

There is a lot of die wear on the die that made this coin. Thus the enlarged devices on Cents and Monticello. The die state is VLDS. Heavy die flow lines and worn devices. A spendable coin from what I'm seeing.
