I've seen similar ones. They are not real coins but part of a series commemorating Mexican heros or important people. I've seen them in two ounce rounds also. They come from a private mint but still worth one oz of silver.

Maybe a google search will show promise....

The writing on the bottom of the coin is too small to read. If its not in your native tongue, maybe google translate can help, and then that phrase itself may help you ID the coin.

It says "UNA ONZA - 999 PLATA PURA". One ounce of (almost) pure silver.
