I'm not sure what to make of this 1995-P LMC. There is a curved, raised line on the obverse. If it wasn't raised, I would think it was damage from Two Cents being pressed together. It is thin like a die crack, not thicker like the remnants of a normal rad MAD clash. I am stumped. I found a free photo editor online that lets you do overlays. I tried to do one (my first ever) and it seems to match up with the degree of curvature of a cent. Take a look and any help is greatly appreciated!

Wonderful overlay! I'm betting you're probably right, but I will be anxious to see what the experts have to say.

I really don't think it's a rad MAD. It just seems too thin. Chris, Bob, and BJ are all leaning toward a die scratch possibly. I think I'll hold on to it just in case it ever comes up again. I poked it with a toothpick to rule out plating bubble. I wish someone had one like it just so I would know if it was in the die. BJ brought up struck through foreign object, but it would have to be a really thin piece of material. It's definitely a head scratcher for me.

Seems like if it were a die scratch, only the fields would be affected. Does if look up close like a scratch into the coin. Sometimes the slightest split plating can raise slightly? If not, I'm thinking a gas bubble under the plating if it flattens under pressure.
