I think it is fake unfortunately.
Have a look at this note

This seller has been selling many of these types of note. So either the NPA is having some issues or someone has found a way of fading the ink rather than removing it completely.

Polymer notes hav a pre-coat of Laquer applied to help the ink adhere.....It is easy for ink to come off...(I do see yu point about "Faded).....hint here is to make sure to dry a note well before yu put it in yu protective pages...especially if new bill..The different countries that have polymer notes (14 at least or more) do warn people about ink fakes---and say it is probably not an error note.....

I wouldn't purchase anything off that seller if my life depended on it.

I don't know how he's doing it, but he started of using acetone which completely removes all the ink, and it appears he has now figured out how to just fade them.

Stay away from his listings and save your money for real errors, not man made fakes.

This is why I referred to this note as a "Dashboard" note.

Leave any printed article on the dashboard of your car in the sun for a length of time and it WILL fade eventually
