I know LIBERTY shows fairly well, but I'm feeling VG-8 on this one. The detail in the hair is nil and the reverse is No better than VG.

A low end Fine. So far the best "I" you have.

I am in for a high VG/low F because all the letters seem to be there.

Torn between VG-10 and F-12 due to the issues already mentioned by others, I will go with VG-10.

It is amazing how many of the coins you have presented today have some unusual wear and are not the easiest to grade. It helps in sharpening the grading skills by having to analyze all the small details to try and come up with a grade.
