Picked this one up at a pretty good price. Might be a tough one to guess what NGC gave it. Grade?

Yeah, the photos don't quite capture the luster. It's pretty easy to see in person that it's a different from a business strike.

It's very obvious it's a proof. The later-date dies had nowhere near that level of detail.

PR64 though PR63 maybe due to the spots of carbon lessening the eye appeal.

I'm guessing the milky surfaces and carbon spots have grown on this coin since it was graded then.
