I know these are tough, but how would you grade this one? I'm thinking F15.

It may squeak by with a VF-20.

The rim on the obverse is almost full, just about touching "OF AMERICA".

VF20 obverse, VF25 reverse... net VF20

On the obverse, notice that the shield outline is essentially flat and the lettering is starting to show wear

On the reverse, notice the wear includes the diamond, all of the orbs and just touches the top and bottom bars.

I think VF20 is about right on this one.

VF20 for me. I think the rims on the obverse started as a weak strike and so that is why they are "more" worn than the reverse.
