VF25. Shield is still strongly defined. Detail still present on arrow feathers and shield edges on the reverse.

My first impression was also VF-25, and that was before seeing everyone else also saying that.

It has nice, original surfaces and good eye appeal

I am going out on a limb and say F12 because though the LIBERTY is readable it is weak in some areas.

I'd go VF20. 25 is a touch generous and 15 would be very conservative. 20 is just right.

VF20 to VF25 possible F15 low balling so VF20 is right on. I'm withBH1964 on the thinking line on this quarter.
