Hi- Was wondering if anybody would care to guess at the grade for this Newfoundland 1 cent 1940 re-engraved? Found it in my father's collection. Thanks.

Oh, and a lot of little crap you see is on the holder window.

Hi Kafka, Can't really tell with those pics if it's a re-engraved 1940.
I believe, the the '40' is what you look at to see if it double punched.
I have 4 or 5 of these, a little rub on the King's face makes yours look EF-40 or so.

Kafka--I'd say around EF40 too.
