First off to CCF!.

Your Seated dime is an 1854-O with arrows not 1864-O.

For a grade I'm thinking either FR-2 details or AG-3 details, cleaned/bent?

AG3 Damaged might be worth $5-10 to someone, Silver New Orleans
pre-civil war dime. Who knows what that has been through!

Keep it! For sentimental reasons!

The arrows at the date indicated a weight change from previous years, the "o" on the back says it was minted in New Orleans - a very interesting example of US coinage.
A keeper for sentimental reasons - imagine telling your grandchildren who it once belonged to!
