Can't give you accurate grade based on 0.4MP photos, but it looks around VG-F, possibly details.

Can't really tell, how much of "Liberty" is showing in the headband? The rims look full and complete, a good sign.

No way a fine.
VG-8 on a good day.
A tough date in any event.

However, Barber coins from New Orleans are more often poorly struck than not.
The LIBERTY suffers the most.
This date is better than others in the striking.
A very decent reverse.
Obverse has some questionable marks/scrubs.

I'll stick to a VG-8, with reservations.

Yes, I am conservative in my grading.

I call it VG-10 details. The feathers are in the fine range but the obverse not so much. The surfaces leave a lot to be desired. Can't tell exactly what is going on with them but would probably get a details grade IMO.
