Those aren't too bad for a first try. (Avoid taking pics at an angle, straight on is always best.) -Also try some basic editing software to crop and adjust color/contrast etc. #3 and #5 are about the best, IMHO. This coin around MS63-ish would ballpark around $50. or so raw. -Try the photography forum here, a wealth of information. http://www.coincommunity.com/forum/...?FORUM_ID=81-Also check Mark Goodman's Articles on coin photography.. http://www.coinimaging.com/

that Morgan is in pretty good shape, especially the reverse. At least a 63, but think the luster/appeal could bring it up!

I agree that you did a decent job for your first attempt with this camera! Not too bad!
I'm in at 63, I'd say its solid there. I don't think it'll reach a 64 though, a bit too much contact in the face & fields... We're it one or the other then probably, but with both I don't see it above a 63. But still a nice lady!

I agree it's a solid 63, however I have seen similar Morgans slabbed 64. One quick photography tip is to crop your photos to just outside the rim of the coin. It's a waste of image pixels.
