Really not much detail left on this coin, but it does appear to be later Roman perhaps Valens or Valentinian I emperor dragging captive.

Its SECVRITAS REIPVBLICAE (Carefree republic). The type shows victory dragging a captive, carrying a trophy over the shoudler with a Chi Rho in field. Manyemperors issued it, Id bet that this is Valentinian II. It may be late enough to be Theodosius II, but I wouldnt be sure.

Even in the best of condition this coin type is very common and not worth very much. In this condition the coin has more value as a keepsake.
