And that's an asyn ebay pic, which are very low quality scans that often look much different in hand.

I can't tell the exact grade from these pictures... I know on quarters the eye of the caribou usually wears down fast, on low grades it would be obviously worn.

No signs of wear,but a bullion value coin none the less.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
