Been working hard on updating my mercury collection lately. Forgot to shoot my 21P (AU 55 NGC) before it went to the safe deposit box. Got pretty good deals on the slabbed ones below, but I have found gross inflated prices on many of the mercs; some for up to 50% over value. Anyway, I have a long way to go; my next big one will be the 21D

Nice looking coins, you've got a really nice set there! Where is the 1927-P? I have been working on finishing up the Mercs lately, but mine won't be nearly as nice as yours!

Oops, I don't feel very smart now. I adjusted the screen of my laptop a little bit and it is clearly visible now.

If I get a 42/1 it will be the last one. I have a second set in an old folder that has a hole for the 42/1. That and the 16d are the only holes in it. I am going to upgrade coins in the second set with better ones from the pictured set.
Rest in Peace

Very nice looking upgrades and set for that matter. Are you cracking those out to go in your Dansco?

Nice set! One of my favorite designs.

I am trying to do a Merc set in XF or better for most dates. It is quite the challenge!

Very nice

I recently started assembling a set of Mercs but I've got a long way to go.

Hey, I know, you can send me your rejects when you upgrade.

I'd take the slabbed ones out for the Album. I don't keep any slabs. I too am working on a super Merc set. I hopefully will get a completed set of all FSB soon.

Honestly, I'd leave the key dates slabbed for easy sale later on......a 16d raw.......your gonna get a lot of people asking if its legit or fake as the chinese fake these. A slabbed one is much easier to sell and verify authenticity
