Just picked up this 1787 Connecticut, Draped Bust Left. I think it is Miller 33.15-r.1, if anyone would be so kind as to confirm for me, please? Not sure what is going on with the 3 punches. Looks like a possible counterstamp of some sort? Details grade, possibly high VF. Interested to hear other opinions of grade and variety, please.

I agree, 33.34-Z.11 I don't think they are counterstamps..looks like punches ( PMD).

I think you're right. Under a loupe, I can see an "X" mark inside each punch mark. No idea what the intended purpose of this action would have been.
Thoughts on VF details?
