The text, "NOT ONE CENT" is common enough, but the obverse seems rather unique. When I came back to look for this thread I thought maybe I'd violated some rule by offering you that Vietnamese coin. I was going to just send it gratis since it cost me nothing. My daughter spent 7 months in SE Asia earlier this year and brought back a bunch of miscellaneous coins she bought for a pittance at an open air market. That was the only 1968 one in the bunch. There is a section for Identification: Unidentified Coins, Medals, and Tokens and after they are identified we try to move them if they fit somewhere specifically.
