What would you grade George?

No issues I can see. Mirror surfaces.

The slab is dirty and scratched inside and out. The fibers you see are inside the slab. The scratches are on the plastic.

I can't see the edges, in the middle of solid green plastic, or weigh it because it's slabbed.

Is there another way to tell if it's clad or silver?

It's hard to tell without knowing what is on the slab or on the coin for hairline scratches. Does look like a solid PR65 at least though.

It's white through 1-ply tissue.

I don't want to crack the slab until I decide what I'm going to do with it.
