Here is what the seller says about it: "Hi I have two of these coins from local trbail groups of Indians its marked oneonta ny 1776 selling because I could use the fortan to get a car I am selling on at a time both in great condition looking for cash only there the real thing had aprazed for 4500.00 ." They would give those away at fairs, parties, and other events... My guess is the one he is trying to sell is from around the bicentennial in 1976...
