The seller offers a large number of PCGS-graded coins... It could be that they needed another coin to make a certain discount tier that would make all of the other coins submitted less expensive, or they had a coupon for a free/low price submission and decided to use it on the coin offered. (A local dealer I know has experienced both scenarios.) I wonder if they were thinking they had a good "low ball" candidate? Collecting history one coin or medal at a time! (c) commems.
