The seller helpfully provides a picture of a real 1942-P War Nickel on the right, and the "fake" 1942 nickel without a mint mark on the left. I was tempted to message the seller and inform them about the cupronickel 1942 nickels struck at Philadelphia before it transitioned to War Nickel production, but arguing with such folks on the Internet is not my core competency.
