Take a look at the sellers coin,Notice the carbon spots

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...:AAQ:US:1123

Now take a look where he stole the smaller pictures from

http://lincolncentresource.com/doub...70Sddo1.html

How misleading is this? Personally I think the guy should be banned from ebay.No where in the listing does he say pictures are from another coin.I reported the listing to ebay yesterday but so far nothing has been done or is it buyer beware even when the seller is willfully and knowingly Lying about the coin

Good eye jasper62. More than misleading. It's fraud.

Never mind using someone else's photos... I wonder if he actually has such a coin.

Another message sent to ebay. The seller's photo of full coin too blurred to sy if it a doubled die or not. For some reason I could not get a message to seller.

I think I was the first, or one of the first, to report this. I saw it up within an hour of it going up - just by chance. I had a communication with the ebay rep 2 days after I reported it on the 31st. I included a link to the LCR page where the images were taken from. Her response was a little odd, "I reviewed this listing and confirmed that I just barely removed it for the reasons you stated." Sometimes the rep is weird if the copyright holder doesn't complain. Sometimes they will pull it if I include a link AND the seller doesn't have their own photo. But a few times I had to email the person and tell them to make their own complaint.

EDIT: I failed to look at the other auctions. The seller stole photos from 4 other Lincoln doubled dies. All sold on Jan 2. I reported them just now.
