38-S were almost always struck with soft obverses. This coin should pull a MS64.

I just sent in a 1938 d/d I think will comeback in ms condition to ANACS. I'll post some pics when I get if you guys want to see it. I looked at this one and didn't see a d/d but look at it closely to make sure. Nice coin!
