Hello, i´m a portuguese coins dealer and I can´t discover from where and what is this coin. I think is sudanese but Can´t find in the catalogues. I will be apreciate any help that you offer. Is a silver coin with 37mm of diameter. Best Regards!!

Date is AH1255/16, where 1255 is the sultan's year of accession and 16 is the actual regnal year. 1255/16 corresponds with AD 1854.

The coin is from Constantinople as the mint name is Kostantinye (written above the 1255 accession year).
On the opposite side is the year 16 as correctly pointed out by Bart, although the year is only approximately 1854 as the H year overlaps 2 AD years. The 16 is above the sana, below the tughra (cypher).
