nalaberong Pillar of the Community Canada 2805 Posts	Posted 01/05/2014 4:18 pm An ultrasonic bath wouldn't do that to a silver coin - I have the experimental evidence! It's phyiscal-only, and cannot shift chemically bonded silver tone (so it doesn't harmfully clean anything, although sometimes accumulated dirt will reveal shiny white underneath which looks suspicious to most - but do you consider dirt to be tone?).
