This is one of my favorite coins. It represents my commitment to finish what my grandpa started all those years ago. This was the first purchase I made to get it done. Got it about ten years ago from an older coin store that has since gone out of business here in Denver.

I see a bit of slight wear on jaw and cheek. Could be the photo, but given that:
AU-58. This is a stellar key date penny, which I would proudly display in my own collection.

Beautiful coin, AU55-58. Not sure if it's a weak reverse strike of a little wear on wheat stalks.

This coin has great eye appeal. The colors tend to move my eyes all over the coin. Beautiful.

Thanks for all the comments! I really love that this coin has seen circulation like this. I almost imagine someone in the 30's getting this in change and realizing what it was and pulling it back then. My understanding is that this key date was hoarded from the get go so having one in MSRD is too easy! Plus, the toning is awesome to me.
SHAFTA - Humbly, these are the best of the best for my Lincoln collection. Thanks for loving them! Duke - Yeah I lean towards a little weak strike for that wheat stalk. NoD - I WISH so bad that I could get my photography better because those colors are beautiful when you can rotate it to see the luster! It's one of my goals this year so maybe I'll take another stab at these pennies when I'm a little better set up. Telestrat - I agree, the wear is on the jaw and cheek and I honestly struggle finding anymore!

AU53 here. Just a little too much wear on the high points to go higher. Real nice example
