My sister works at a gold and silver buyer and had someone bring in a bunch of Morgans and Peace. She said she could save 4 of them for me, so I got a 1900, 1904, 1927-D and I told her to keep the best looking 1921 for me and this is what I got. I paid about $17.50 for it. I think it is a VAM 4.

How much value would this add to it and is it worth being sent in for grading? What grade would you put on it?

I'd say ms62, and yes that is VAM-4.

Any Morgan or Peace dollar under $20 is a bargain.
Is it the company policy that prevent her to keep more than 4 coins?
If not then I would keep all, especially in AU and up .

Her boss actually doesn't let her sell any, but I usually try to give her a few common ones to swap out in case some good ones come in. In this case she just bought the 4 with the cash she had on her before she filled out all the paperwork on it. She has a good relationship with her boss so I doubt he would mind that much if he did find out she did that. My best score was 3 uncirculated Texas commemorative halves, a 1936 and 2 1936-S. I paid about $8 each for them. Unfortunately she just moved so she no longer works there. She just got a job at a bank so now I'll just have to use her for my CRH addiction.
