You need to tell us what you are seeing. Bigger pictures would help also. If you are referring to the doubling on the front of his face it appears to be Machine Doubling.

If you are referring to the "L" on LIBERTY, that is a struck through error with grease in that device on the die.

I was also looking at WE in god we trust..
I will try and enlarge it.
IF you have time to look, right click and save image. that way you
can enlarge and look at it on your own .

The WE is weak because the die was filled with grease and the metal did not flow there. It's a common thing.
