This one has a brilliant luster not showing up pic.
Above average strike, in older NGC holder.

Care to guess the grade? (Scuffs are on holder).

Very nice strike. Looks strong for MS-63. The obverse spot is in a "prime focal area." That plus the small nicks would likely preclude a higher grade.

MS63 could be higher if the little ticks and nicks were on an area not so central I think.

I agree with MS-63. I might have went with a grade higher if it wasn't for the spot.
