I still haven't found an "S" RPM yet. This is my latest effort and I'm guessing it's MD but, I thought I'd ask just in case. All opinions are appreciated, thanks.

Also: this was found in circulation... what a shame.

Is the doubling in the same direction as the date?

A RPM on a proof after 1985 is not possible. That year they added the mintmark to the models that the master hub was made from for the proofs. So no more punching mintmarks into the proof dies after 1984.

I do not see notching on the upper serif of the S, so I would strongly suspect MDD.

Hope you checked for the CAM variety--I've found a few myself. [:D}
