Do you think there would be interest in the Presidential $1 rolls of coins that come from the Atlanta, GA FED? I read where the first Washington dollar errors were found in FL, with the rolls coming from Atlanta, GA. May have to list some on ebay and see. Need to make some extra cash to feed my money for collecting.

Hi,

On selling those Washington roll coins on ebay is an mess and there tons no sales. Reason I paid 1325 for an box 1000 from Jacksonville florida bank. I tried selling them on ebay's at 25 to 35 bucks an roll on ebay's. Mine never sold and wasted an ton money trying sell them with ebay's fees. Since the dealer sent me an boxed dated Feb 16 2007. He did return 300 on the box since I try-ed to buy an box dated in DEC or Jan of 2007. He switched out boxes on auction and sent me the wrong box was reason for refund and why I kept box.

The 1000 dollar boxes you want buy have cwi 103 written on them . Try get boxes before Feb 15 2007 on box. On my box I went 800 worth and found no smooth rim error coins on any of them. My box was dated Feb 16 2007.

Serval months later I still have serval unopened rolls. Most my rolls I broke them up and used them to pay for gas, toll roads, food, post office stuff. Since they were no sales on ebay's and I felt I wasted all that time and money trying to sell them ebay's. I would not waste your time trying to sell them on ebay's. The fees will eat you and you will lose money.

Thanks for the info Chevrolet. Think I'll wait till the next release to buy a box or a few rolls. I keep getting rolls from the bank to open and spread the coins around. Trying to get some interest in the coins.

Don't buy the Pres rolls, it's a waste of time. To many error coins are being found = harder to sell because they are less rare. There have been thousands of Wash. error coins found and Adams seems to be the same way. Use your money to invest in bullion. IMO
