is he a long standing dealer of the industry or an internet start up with deep pockets? I am just curious due to his new ebay profile

They've been in the business since 1975 and have bought and sold such highlights as the King of Siam proof set and 1787 Brasher Doubloon.
Deep pockets is an understatement.

The designer was born ahead of his time. The design screams Art Deco and would fit right into the 1930s. I noticed that the eagle is facing the arrows of war. Interesting.

well there are 13 arrows, one for each colony I presume. Doesn't surprise me that the eagle is facing them.
