Not a currency guy. Got this in change today. Is it worth keeping or is it face value? It is beat up.

I don't really collect currency but I can tell you it is worth more than face.

Not worth much over its face value. I got one in change from a coin dealer and gave it to my mom.

A neat find, but probably not worth much over face value. I found a 1934 $20 bill in 1984 - rather nice condition especially given it was 50 years old. I had the toughest time not spending it at the arcade. I decided to ask about it about a month ago at a local coin store - said it was worth $21.75. An 80 year old note - not much of an increase. BUT, I'm not a big currency guy, so honestly, you need more feedback from the community.

I'd definitely keep it. And for $2 you're not out of much money anyway :)
