With no identification of country, they might be tokens from a game room, carnival, or circus

What is the diameter?
Without knowing that, I'd say 1930s Civil War, mostly from the style of the lettering. The coat of arms in the first item might be Royalist forces ; the woman's head is less easy to place.

They're not listed as Civil war in Krause, but in this case that means nothing. My guess from others that I've seen and believed to be genuine, Aragon or maybe Valencia, 1937-8

Most definitely not Spanish Civil War pieces. These are much more modern and are actually casino tokens. There are many more types similar to these that are also 2 pesetas.
