I have to zincolns with some marks on the mark and need some input.


Coin 1: 1999 and has horizontal lines around E Pluribus Unum and One Cent

Coin 2: 2000 with a raised line crossing under A and M in America.

1st coin is either scratches or something to do with the copper plating, coin #2 is a raised area on the zinc underneath

In my opinion, the first coin is die polishing. The second coin is a finger feeder die gouge.

First one is die scratches to cover a die clash.

The other coin is Feeder Finger Damage.
