2007 Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC , Cuts Rims

brixxx27 Valued Member United States 123 Posts	Posted 01/26/2014 3:59 pm i found this 2007 cent in a bank roll. this is extremely shinning like cristal its look like a mirror and in the rims cuts have the same shine look.its not PMD I think because of the glare in the cuts. i wonder if can be a proof cent?
