i found this 2007 cent in a bank roll.
this is extremely shinning like cristal
its look like a mirror and in the rims cuts have the same shine
look.its not PMD I think because of the glare in the cuts.
i wonder if can be a proof cent?

Proof cents from 2007 were minted in San Francisco, so if it were a proof cent then it would have an "S" mintmark under the date
