Hey guys! I just picked up this 1920 STLQ. I gave $30 for it. Did I get robbed? BTW, the yellow is not toning. Its on the plastic film in the flipper.

Pics are small but it appears to be a mid range AU coin at least. I say you did real well. nlp

I would like to see bigger pictures, but it does look like an AU coin. Assuming that it is problem free, I think you paid less than half of its value. Good job!

The retail price for XF is about $30. For AU it is $72.00 So I suspect your coin when taken out from the 2X2 and you get a clear look will grade XF 45.

The pictures are not good enough to detect a cleaning. If it has been cleaned, $30 is still a fair price, but not the killer deal it would be if it turns out not to be cleaned. So, really no risk with this purchase.

Great price. I would be suspect of a cleaning or a dip from the look of the surfaces....but it could just as easily turn out to be problem free. Either way, nice coin. Funny, I just bought a 1920 slq around that grade today too.
