I see a lazy listing with a copy-paste of the same thing on other auctions, seems like an empty book to me. check the sellers other auctions they all have the same boiler-plate text.

Last time is looked, the word "empty" means "void of content". It's an empty old Whitman folder with no coins.

Lazy Seller doing copy and paste.

You could always create a second account, bid higher, then just never pay.

Since it's under the 12 hour window, unfortunately the bid cannot be retracted.

Four bucks is the going price for a Whitman's and that is before shipping in most cases.

"Canadian 50 Cents collection 1911- 1936 Whitman Book (1 empty)"

"1 Empty Whitman Catalogue 1911 to 1936 pictured is up for auction"

This listing is confusing

Lazy cut and paste or not, it's pretty clear what is being sold.

If the coins are of greater value I suggest the Insured small package delivery option...the coins are insured in case they are lost or damaged

Yes it is confusing. If you take time to read it all it seems to imply there are "Coins" but that is just from the sellers 'Paste this on every auction' wall of text.

Edit: The 9.99 is steep on shipping I thought it was 2 bucks on shipping, so not a great deal.
