XF-45 and possibly a bit higher on a good day. Weak strikes are extremely common on this year and this coin has a too much detail for VF.

I agree with Joe. First thought was XF40 but I think it could go as high as 45. Look at the detail of the bust cape denticals arrows and lettering on the reverse. They are all screaming XF. Nice original coin

35 to possibly 40. As others are stating, relief can be flat on this date. The sharpness of the detail that has struck up well is sharp.
