1943, 1944, And 1945 Victory Nickels..

The Villiage Idiot New Member Canada 43 Posts	Posted 02/03/2014 04:33 am Have 4 Victory Nickels of different dates. Some in so-so, some not so good. These were found at the farm after my parents passed away, but I do not care the shape as I treasure these in the Memory of my parents. thedollarman Pillar of the Community Canada 4911 Posts	Posted 02/04/2014 07:21 am There were many many dies for these and each die was almost worked til it shattered so you're more likely to find a variety coin of these than a standard example imho. Die cracks were the major things on the 1942 and 1943 nickels and in 1944 and 1945 die peels were like a curse on them and die cracks also happened.
