I'm seeing about a VF20 level of detail. Under other circumstances, the concentration of darker crud in the devices - inside letters and date - would be a near-conclusive sign of past cleaning but this look in lower-grade coins isn't necessarily such a slam-dunk attribute. So I'll call this one "possibly cleaned" but a TPG assessing it as "good" wouldn't surprise me. Same for the scratches.
This one has the tilted mint mark of VAM-2 for the date, encouraging regarding its' authenticity.
So as a "good" coin we're looking at a value approaching $300, and if adjudicated "Details," probably $200 or a little less. You won't get those prices selling it raw, though.
