Image not clear. The lines toward the rim are die flow from a worn out die. The glare ruins your shot if it was on the left side of the devices.

Honestly you dont notice the clear line below the d? Or the phantom seven behind and below the seven? And the line though the I and G and D? Because I clearly see the d?

If it were a doubled die, the D wouldn't be doubled. The mint mark was placed on the die after it was hubbed. If the mint mark is "doubled" it is either an RPM or it is MD or Die Deterioration Doubling. The fact that you mention a phantom 7 suggests Machine Doubling. But, Coop is right the glare makes it impossible to tell anything definitively.
