Can you tell me when/where it is from, what it is, and if my pictures are correctly oriented?

Thanks!

Annam (Viet Nam) cash coin. Issued between 1889-1906. These coins were cast by Emperor Nguyen Thanh Thai under the reign title Thanh Thai. The reverse markings 'Tap Van',I believe, means 'Ten Cash'.

Thanks! Now I know why I couldn't find it - I was searching the wrong country! I started with Japan because this coin reminded me of some of my hole-in-the-middle Japanese coins.
Until now I only had modern Vietnamese coins - nothing older than the 1960s. It is really interesting to see the difference between those coins and this one.
Thanks for everyone's help!
