It weights 1,59 grams and I think it is possible German because of the eagle above the schield. Wonder if someone knows more about this piece. That mitre is for Franz Joseph Supersaxo, de jure prince-bishop of the Swiss canton of Wallis (Sion). We don't have the diameter, but this is likely a billon 1/2 batzen, given the 2 and 1 to either side of the arms, for the date of 1721.
