It's not much but it's something I can be sure of. I found out what I've been previously doing all along was completely wrong and the best way to search banks rolls is slowly and thoroughly, looking for specific errors known for that date and mintmark combo. Using Gary's penny error list (thanks again!), after about 12 rolls I found a fat "L" in Liberty on a 1982 penny. What does it mean when there's no mintmark? Out of habit I just treat no mm's like a Pennsylvania penny when looking at the error date list thingy.

Any premium value?

I do not know about value, but is the "I" and "B" doubled? Or is that the light?

I'm not up to date on modern errors, so have no idea what collectors of that type are willing to pay, but...CONGRATULATIONS!

First thing - looking for specific die varieties (I assume that's what you mean and not 'errors') by date and mint according to a list is the wrong thing to do. You will miss a number of opportunities to find something good if you're tossing anything aside without checking everything. Best thing to do is learn what the design normally looks like for all dates and use that to find the odd ones.

Second thing, 1982 large date cents (which is what you have ) are notorious for having thick devices - nothing to get stirred about, it's normal.

Third, the lower relief of the L of LIBERTY on your coin is due to die wear and nothing else, and is not worth a premium. The I and B are not doubled, they are normal.
