I did a quick search but didn't see any topics on this yet. I was just on the US Mint's website and there is a new banner that says to look for a special promotion on February 20th. They  their customers. They did free shipping last summer. I wonder what they'll do this time around. I am guessing they have 6 million Kennedy's they want to release into the wild cheap in bags.
I haven't bought many mint products in bags... so not sure I'll find a lot to purchase this time around either. If they do free shipping - I can get a couple of things I've been delaying to start the year.

I just got an email from the US Mint.
The special is: A reusable shopping bag with a $75 purchase.
What a letdown!

I would never use the bag. It would let everyone know I am a customer of the mint and I could have gold and silver at my house.
Who would want to send that message?

I'm not sure what you would do with a U.S. Mint shopping bag? I mean I think it'd look kind of odd if you stroll into your LCS with that bag to put one lonely slab into.
