I think you mean 189?.. it could be either 1896 or 1891 and it is a tallero/5 lire of Umberto I of Italy. Either way if it's genuine then it's a very valuable coin. Id suggest taking it to a coin dealer for some help but don't accept any offers on it. You will get ripped off. Here's some more info: https://www.ngccoin.com/poplookup/w...coinid=59148

Is this from your folder that had all those other fakes in it? I think this coin is very commonly counterfeited, and yours does not look so good.

I agree that the coin is a recently made numismatic forgery. The date of production could be as early as the 1950s but I prefer a date in the 1980s as most likely.

What does the edge look like?
